Deniable Ops Insurgency Pack install problem

I've got interesting issue. I have Steam version of Splinter Cell: Conviction. Works fine although (I had problems to get it working at first time - had to reinstall the ubi tool). Game is installed under Steam folder.

Now I also have Deniable Ops Insurgency Pack but this is from Gamersgate. When I try to install it I get error message:

The Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Conviction game is not installed. Please install the game first.

What to do? I already checked temp folder to see can I change some paths lines in *.ini files etc but so far I haven't found anything.
