Impressive. Great shot with those Lerche's taking off. Really impressive.
Also I noticed the Ta-152C will have best forward visibility of all FW-190's. Higher gunsight, like in 152H and thiner cockpit frames, like in the other 190's. Great, easy to make work around that problem. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/11.gif

Good work gents.Thank you. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/25.gif<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

I haven't seen the movie.

Did the Ta-152C actually have a different seating position/glass/gunsight position to the FW190?

Thanks Jaws. Thanks skycat. I knew about the RRG website, but had not seen the video. Now I am even more excited. I can't wait until they release it. Even more exciting will be the Japanese content too.

That is Ta-183 cockpit, I doubt they made new cockpit for Ta-152C, so we're stuck with the bar, be sure.

Wrong. The gun sight in the Ta 152 didn't have the shader, so the "bar problem" isn't there.

Here is a comparison:
I found this in one of the older "bar" treads.
FW-190A/D/F vs Ta-152H:
http://img401.imageshack.us/img401/6628/compare6bt.gif

the early FW's have lower gunsight then the 152H but don't have those thick frames of the pressurized cockpit.

here is the 152C from that film:

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v258/<FA>Jaws/152c.jpg

as you can see it has the higher gunsight of the 152h and the thinner frames of the non pressurized cockpit from the A,F and D series.

The "bar" is still there but don't cover half the gunsight anymore. The gunsight was simply pushed upward. Looks like an easy work around.

Looks about right now (Gunsight position).

The base of the Revi should sit about halfway up the guncounters - which it now does, Projecting the base back to the control panel.

The Revi support post should be visible to the pilot which it now is.

Getting warmer.

However have Not had the Good fortune to actualy fly my Favorite FW in actual combat. So I am relying on this Sim to get my Thrill.
