naw, 360's are a bit louder then the other systems, my 360 runs a bit loud, just make sure to have out in the open and not in a confined space to help it from not heating up too much.

make sure not to move or rotate your xbox while the game is inside of it, this will cause scratching.

Since this game is pushing the 360 harder then any other game, it will probably make it run louder. I wouldn't consider it a problem. It's just like your PC's fan runs louder when you are using more memory.

It's a failure on the 360 side, that's for sure. I own a 360 myself, but the PS3 just does it better on that departement. There is absolutely no noise coming out of that thing when playing AC. And if there is, it's definitely not noticeable. This will not detract me from the game though because I never hear my 360 run because I have a nice 1000 watt 5.1 surround to surpress it http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

No the PC fan runs faster when you use more CPU, in order to keep it cool, not when you use more memory http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif

If your 360 overheats just go buy in incooler for your 360
The incooler really works good

did you recently get your xbox back from shipping it off to get repaired?
because as the proud owner of broken box number 4 (tehe) http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/crackwhip.gif

i have noticed that each new one they give me back gets louder? so ive come to the conclusion that... they keep downgrading me to an older and older system idk lol just a possibiltiy

Do you think that you can stop spamming? You don't have to push "Post Now" after every sentence.

Who told you that? Even Xbox Customer Support says that you should put the 360 horizontally instead of vertically. It's just more stable. Do not, under any circumstances, put your 360 vertically.

Yes the 360 does run a little loud (im talking maybe 10 percent compared to R6V) but this disk scratching problem I've never had, unless you flip your xbox from horizontal to vertical while its on

The 360's have always been loud, but the sound has been diminished on the new Premium and Elite versions. The loudness is almost unnoticeable when I crank up the volume of my home cinema set http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
