I think that is the crux of the noise, the driving concern.

Just 1 year ago IL2 was left with small issues of Damage Modelling as the most serious problem and never again a change which matched announcements made. So close....

There were people who said this or that about other things, mostly the speed bleed in turning heavy planes and maybe that could have been changed in a general way for all planes but it was not a must have for the majority. The rest was people who would never be happy as a group no matter what since private visions differ so much.

Now we have the fix to IL2 which is so much supposed to be raised detail and perfection. The details, yes there are more and they go deeper but like a machine with more parts it takes less % to go wrong and the whole thing stops being what it was supposed to be.

So a newer and better sim with more and wider problems, it seems.
Yet so much better than first released.
The promise it holds is also holding attention and hope of the players.

I hope that FB will not be left the same way that IL2 was, still with sharp edges and rushed finish all over like an early laGG from a not so good factory, but that is only my opinion. IL2 was in better shape even at the end.

So can it be said that 1C is working towards changes or addons only? This is only fair to tell, information the customers need before they decide about spending money and time further. Hopefully also about posting wants further.

Software can only be final when it is aboandoned. I could be wrong, but everything is to do with FB now so IL2 has probably been abandoned.

I believe Oleg would never leave his game with those significant bugs out there. I expect more corrections. And hopefully soon...
