Sorry no, they haven't put out demos for any of the AC games. I know alot of people wanted the demo for AC2.

The E3 demo (which I played recently at an expo here) is an older build of the beta we already had.

Unless you're meaning the single-player part. In which case, I hope so.

Sadly, there will never be a demo for any AC game (if they're not gonna release demos for AC 1, 2 and Brotherhood, i don't see them doing so for Ac 3)

The Beta doesn't count as a demo really, since it wasn't avialable to everyone.

Too bad they only SHOW us the demo and don't let us PLAY it.
What a pity cause i really had a nerdgasm when i saw the demo vid.

Thanks for the answers , Glenn

No demo is probably due to the fact that AC is a sandbox game and measures would have to be taken to prevent players from exploring too much of the world without buying the game... like Mafia II & Just Cause II did with time limits on exploring the open world and for some reason Ubisoft doesn't want to do that.

Sucks tho cuz a demo is always a good way to invite new players to the franchise and give current fans a little taste of things to come.

Even tho there hasn't been one for AC1 or AC2 I do hope they do put out one for Brotherhood eventually even if it's after the release because I have friends on Xbox Live that haven't played Assassin's Creed before and a demo would be a good way to encourage them to try it out. With the franchise now including multiplayer it's the perfect time for a demo.
