It's possible in the current version. Read here. Many brave pilots gave their life to learn the secrets of the "indestructible" ships in v1.1!

Before reading that link, I want to know if a ship will sink when it gets broadsided by two torpedo's, repeatedly.

I can't say. The method that works is a skip-bombing method. Read the post. /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif
