I use to play in one of those when I was a kid. I am 38 yrs old now. I wish I knew then what I know now. Those things are valueable collectables.

This would be great to learn how to fly with oil covering the wind screen. Which, by the way,I do a lot of.

yes they were used extensively back in the wwii era
afaik there are a few locations that have working models that available for training nowdays
