Ok following messmasters lead here is the music i promised. If it "goes down" well then i will put some more up. I think its excellent but then thats my taste... I tried to include something for different moods.

Tracks :

Johann Sebastian Bach :Toccata (from toccata and Fugue)

For when you have those "Captain Nemo in the Nautilus" moments http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/25.gif

Peter Tchaikovsky : 1812 Overture (russian state symphony with real cannons http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif)

Now its early war, the convoy is at your mercy and you sail firing your deck gun and torpedoes.

Mozart overture : Le Nozze di Figaro

Start of the patrol, morale is high and you race through the white horses. Your ship dancing across the waves.

Wagner : Ride of the Valkyries

Stormy weather and the flash of thunder all around, you can see the convoy through the flash and rain, and you charge headlong into the fray like a Valkyrie!!

Gustav Holst : Mars Bringer of War

Under the surface you stalk the convoy, and they have no idea you are there, full ahead tubes ready!! Soon British ships will fill the ocean floor!

Samuel Barber : Adagio For Strings London philharmonic Orchestra. Can move me to tears!

Late 1944, British aircover has the Bay of Biscay locked down and most of your friends have perished at sea. With a heavy heart you begin to realise the futility of war, and feel a deep pity for the lost of both sides

ps messervy, wow the upload to that site takes some time http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_frown.gif I nearly had a siezure waiting...

Music, sweet music, they'll be music everywhere! (http://rapidshare.de/files/972843/Mozart___Overture_-_Le_Nozze_di_Figaro_K492.zip.html)

ill gvie them a listen.i really like classical music but can never get a cd with anything good on it!!i prefer the mellower stuff, u know something u might hear bits of in a film?

PS: i bought my mother two cd's 4 mothers day,one was peter and the wolf and the other was the nutcracker.i thought i couldnt go wrong there seen as i knew she liked the music in both!! it turned out they were abridged, spoken word versions by Dame Edna!! for any of u mainland europeans who dont know Dame Edna, "she" is a stand up comedian transvestite.

HAPPY MOTHERS DAY MAM!!!!

Yes its worth downloading, even for people who think they wont like classical. You should have heard a few of these in famous films. I guarantee you will like atleast 2 of the tracks there, or your money back http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

No it wasnt, not on my version anyway. The only song i remember from that game was Blue danube though. There were not any really cool tracks on there.

I can just see myself pounding my way through the Mid-Atlantic swells....

Nice selection Dominicrigg!

Wouldn't good ol' Carl Orff's Carmina Burana fit too for the occasions when the depth charges start tearing your battered VII to pieces and we see it slowly sinking towards the mid atlantic depths http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

Yes it was a tortuous match to watch! One goal from real meant it was all over and they are **** good at scoring. But it was worth the stress in the end. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif Im just praying we dont get chelsea in the next round http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/blink.gif no doubt they will bring their own ref and goal posts for that game... http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_frown.gif

And well done to liverpool too, out of all the english team most would have said they were least likely i reckon, i bet owen is really gutted lolz
