When you say story do you just mean playing through just the story or in addition with templar dens etc?

It depends to what level of completion you're refering to.

I'm really hoping it tops AC2's 14 sequences, 12 without DLC. Since they've had a long time to think about the story, and since its their final game in the 2012 end of the world story, it should be their biggest, so I'm really hoping it won't be a disappointment.

and with several cities like AC1/2 instead of only one big city...
