I made this on my work-computer. It just barely runs PF on the lowest settings. On my screen it looks amazing.

If someone could post a few screens of my handiwork at hi-res/ hi-detail, I would be most thankfull.

Wow. Will you make the mission file available for us to download?

Taking good screenshots will be much easier then.

Just got home and ran it on my gaming rig....

OMG WOW!

Oleg needs to consider reworking ground models/ buildings to include lights. The effect is just way too good to leave out.

Makes a big difference alright. Here's a Beaufighter landing under fire at your lighted strip. Beaufighter at Port Moresby (http://www.woodbuddies.com/PF/BeaufighterLights.ntrk)

looks great!! Though that non-standard runway lighting is a little freaky! ;-)

How about white runway edge lights red runway end lights, and green on the approach end! That'd be sweet!!! And while your at how about a full on ALSF-2 Approach lighting system. The sequenced flashers will be hard to do. . but maybe next patch.

:-D

Seriously though, those city lights look great!!!!! This could be a good use for that firewriter program that I've seen in the old days.

hmm. . maybe now is a good time to start my own acronym. . IBTR

In before the resizing. . .

V! ;-)

Buildings need transperant windows with lights inside.

It would be cool to add a bit of AI to the lights. They would come on / go off at dusk/dawn, and turn off when enemies are within a few kilometers.

I'd also have them chose thier army affiliation based on where enemy lines are drawn.

Oh, and I'd rework the ground vehicles to include lights also.

This sim would really come alive with these changes.
