so far we've got:
- Venice
- Florence
- Tuscan Countryside (this will have a few small towns)
- Wetlands (with one town in it but I don't remember the name, sorry)
- Mountain Range (we don't know what the mountain range is all about, but you will have to go through it to go from Florence to Venice...)

yes forli is the town in the wetlands I believe

EDIT: and I just looked it up, San Gimignano is the main city in the Tuscan Countryside...

some people believe Rome will be in the game as well but it hasn't been confirmed yet... the devs haven't denied it or announced it. so we really don't know, but a lot of people are hoping...

i doubt there will be five cities the size of Venice and Florence, but I don't think Forli or San Gimignano will be too small either...

apparently Venice and Florence are a lot bigger than the cities in AC1 though. so im pretty happy the size of the game world so far... but Rome or Milan would always be nice...

Wild guess, but I'm pretty sure the leaning tower of Pisa is in Pisa.

Pisa's not too big of a town, from what I hear.

kakashi, please don't double post. You can edit your post by using the icon that looks like a pencil eraser. Also, the whole forum is actually for talking about assassin's creed so there doesn't need to be a single thread for it.
