OK.. Bunkerratt's Wife here... Yes I am the one that recieved SH3 for a wedding gift from my husband. I do enjoy SH3, although not to the extreme that Bunkerratt does. Nowww many of you have seen the pics of his "Baby" (The Computer he built for himself). He reads various PC magazines on a daily basis and is constantly coming up with things "that need to be upgraded" to something better he has read about and researched. In essence I have been replaced by A MACHINE. This is the next addition he is trying to convince me that he needs I may be a sweet little wife and get it for him for Valentines Day.. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gifhttp://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e390/lhoraitis/SHIPS.jpgThis is a side window for his "Baby" laser etched and cut in UV blue.

Sounds good. But, were I you, I'd work out some appropriate quid pro quo ...

Hi Weebles. My wife has started a club for women ignored by their husbands in favour of their toys. She calls it the "Computer Widows Club."

Yeah it is. It's from the intro movie to the game.

I watched it and took a screenshot from the intro.

Hello Kaleun. I guess I cant say I am totally ignored in favor of Bunkerratts toys, after all we do have the 21 month old Bunkerratt Jr who gets terribly excited by the deck guns in action and watching the ships sink after torpedo impact, he also dances quite well to Daddys WW2 tunes on the grammophone, I do believe he is an SH3 fanatic in progress ( as soon as he learns to do more than reboot our computers for us.

My wife is a 'Luftwaffe and Kriegsmarine' widow. There was some complaining, so I placed a 'Alarm' for her to press, when she wants 'attention'.
The problem is that I'm being picked out by too many allied aircraft and so Crash Diving- 'Alarrrrmmmmm'...

Now she still complaining http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif

I've got three kids: 20, 17 and 14; so, I haven't always widowed her. I got my first computer [Amiga 500] after my son was born, then the addiction got worse.

Celeon, that's one of those things you have to get sorted out right from the start. A man needs certain things, "bunker time" being high on the list. Need some advice? Listen to the Rolling Stones song, "Under my Thumb."

Okay ladies, feel free to throw bricks, pots and pans, etc. at me after that one. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/mockface.gif

This is a brilliant piece of strategery - start posting in your husband's game forum. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/25.gif

You know, it's possible to play SH3 multiplayer ... cooperatively. I've played a couple of different computer games cooperatively with my daughters and it's a lot of fun. Thus far, I haven't generated any interest in SH3, unfortunately. In the case of my oldest daughter, I made the mistake of using the word "trigonometry" - as in, "This game is good for learning trigonometry". Kiss of death ... http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/1072.gif

But, I digress. My point is that to play multiplayer, you need to have at least two computers and a LAN. So, you really shouldn't complain if hubby wants to buy the necessary equipment to make that all possible. After all, it's really just what is required to complete the "gift" of SH3 he so thoughtfully gave you ...
