well i'm not over reacting at all but the thing is ubi support or company is the worest ever happened to mankind



if u made mistake like forgot ur ubi account or forgot ur email or passowrd or got hacked mean u can kiss ur account good bye to them well let's see here

7days and i'm still there ..........

i ask to change my emaill address

he ask proof of buying and bar code etc

i gaved him the proof he told me to reset my passowrd

wait a minute here wtf ??

if i remember the email or its passowrd so what i do there in support ???

after that i gaved him credit card statemeant show that i did buy the game in the same date of pruches and no replay at all

because i don't know the password of the email i created and attached to my serial

because i created random email account and i don't remember any thing that can verfiy i'm the owner of the email account lik secuirty qestion or birth of date ....... etc

simple thing just change the email to another email address or gave me link to reset my password is that hard to understand !!!
or dose he need to see my iD also ??

but no replay at all the guy from support went and never back so what is wrong with these support???? i don't care
i just need my account back is that hard ? or u won't give me the account back !!! just replay or say any thing so we can all get back to our life lives

See, the whole problem is that whatever account (password/email/user name) you use to log into your game first time, is the account that the game is locked to.
You can't change your user name or password or email.
Same thing here on the forums. You can't change your forum name etc, because it's all linked and locked together http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/51.gif

So if i understand you correctly, you forgot the name and password you used to first log into the game? So you now cannot play?
And you want the game to be linked to a new password and email?
I don't even know if that's possible, because of everything being locked together.

I know you said you forgot the security questions, but couldn't he give you information about which account you used to play the game if you gave him proof of purchase?

Honestly, it looks to me like that guy is trying to help. Maybe he's just having a bit of trouble understanding you, and you understanding him because of the language difference?
Could you maybe ask if there is someone at support that speaks your language, so you can clearly explain what the problem is?

I have no solution for you, because i don't think it's something you can do yourself.

Make sure to write down all your logins, passwords, emails, and what they go with.

i remembered my password

i know my english can be incorrect some times

but what i wanted ubi support didn't help
why ?

he could changed the email address and nope
it's not connected its just the user name not the email address (must be email address never registered to ubi account before )
so its possible no doubt

u have to understand i showed him
1- proof of buying
2- steam account
3- CD-key
4-recent credit card statment
5-Nick name of the account even with caps
well ubi dose not use case sensitive in nick name but it's just way to show him more proof

and 8 days and never did what i wanted which simple thing like change the email which i forgot to another email which i gaved to him is that hard ?? i guess not but its hard when it come to ubi support and no wonder about that

imagine if i did'nt remember my password do u think he would wanted to change the email ? nope i don't think so
