AC:B Female Assassins

First of all love the game played it for days straight and still playing it and got all my assassins to the highest level shown in the pic. So I was wondering can I kill off some of my assassins by sending them on missions too hard for them and get a brotherhood full of Females? all 12 slots of females I heard theres a cheat called "sisterhood" that does that but can I do it without cheats?

i have 9 females...
just don't save male citizen,

Not exactly what he was wanting to know and the answer is there is a possibility that they will die if sent on a low success percentage mission
