TOP TEN FORGOTTEN TENETS of the ASSASSIN

10. Learn to swim

9. Pushing lunatics into market stalls is hilarious

8. Always inspect rooftops for structural integrity

7. The phrase "please, sir, I need some money" really means "stab me in the neck"

6. Get immunized against hay-borne pathogens

5. Your ring fingers are valuable. Keep them at all costs

4. Swords, knives, and daggers should not be worn conspiciously over one's clothing

3. Try to have descendants who have a shot at scoring with Kristen Belle

2. Flags are important historical markers. Under no circumstances should you move or collect them.

1. It's okay to kill people who overemphasize the "***" in "assassin"

I keep saying I'll have played too much when I parkour in my sleep... My little sister moved into my room when I moved to college, so now there's "don't fall off the bed" child safety bar to parkour over in my sleep...

scottbooth92

when you begin to plot how to assassinate your maths teacher when he is facing the board

when you get brief glimpses of altair when your jackin it (trying quickly to think of something else)

when you start interregating your best friend because he has hidden your pencil

when the teachers are about to tell you off, you turn and attempt to run up a wall, only to fall flat on your *** and evry1 laughs at you

when you see some real life priests, you automatically try to mingle with them.

when you chop your finger off with a pen knife...

.......when -

You look up at ledges intending to avoid a crowd.

If someone with a big bushy beard says "Well done" you instantly think " Cool, I get my throwing knives back".

When you leave the house you expect someone to ask you about sword fighting.

When you play other games you think " Altair could do that better".

shotty78

As you walk by a group of soilders terrorizing an old man you think, "hey I could save him or I could kill this annoying beggar *releases hidden blade into beggars stomach*"

Walking away you think to yourself, "I'm so glad ubi made this a game where you can literally do anything."

when you try to do the leap of faith of the sky scraper or from a person house and try to land in the bush

when you walk aruond praying all the time and wearing white cloaks

when you carry mini knives ,a long sword and a short sword around with you

when you always wear the same outfit over and over again( the white cloak)

you should know if you play AC to much by doing what ever he does (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=20QBe43tyVM)

you know you've played too much assassin's creed when:

you wake up and wait for the many animus exit menus to load so you can get out of bed

instead of flipping people off, you instinctively lower your ring finger at them

you got the Altair Disquise camo in metal gear solid 4

you find yourself wearing white all the time, even though it makes you stand out like a sore thumb

you were disappointed when you couldn't find a plain white hoodie at any stores or even online (yup, that's me...)

you pick up knives with your left hand even if you're right-handed

you've contemplated if/how "nothing is true, everything is permitted" applies to your own life (yup, that's me again)

you speak really loud and clear when you get angry, and you never move while you're speaking

you've searched your family history, wondering if your ancestors' occupations will somehow get you kidnapped

-you develop a fear of water, and try to find ways to jump across it

-your ring finger curls in when you're angry

-you wonder what actual people in history may have followed the creed

-you bring up ideas presented in AC during a religious debate

-you realize that nothing is true and everything is permitted, and find a way to save the world

-When you make 200+ comics on Assassins Creed. (Kaxen)

-Imagine smashing ppl in the face at school and running and jumping onto the roof using the dustbin (me =) )

-Put a letter opener blade in your watch so you can slide it out and in.

-keep flicking your wrist to reveal your secret hidden blade

-wondering if you remain unnoticed in a crowd

-Wondering if you could stab someone without getting noticed

-Wondering if flicking out hidden blade and not having anyone see is possible at the mall

Off topic game/entertainment-type threads

Recently there has been an upsurge of game/entertainment threads in the forums that are already cluttered with countless new discussions on a daily basis, especially during pre-release time.
Henceforth we will reinstate the previous game-threads-limit of 3 to 4 open threads at a time in the forums (not including the chat thread). Any new game/entertainment threads will no longer be accepted in the forums without prior permission and will be closed without any additional explanation necessary.
If you wish to open a new game thread, send your request via PM to the moderators' team and it will be placed in queue, to be approved once older game threads become obsolete.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
