No,
If you have purchased the pe-2 add on than you will be able to download the add ons 4.06 and 4.07 from UBI when they become available.
If you choose to purchase the 46 DVD than that is your choice as you are not required to nor do you need to in order to purchase the 4.06 and 4.07 add ons.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

Look...

You can download both addons (46, manchuria) via internet once they are available, like Targ pointed out. You can also buy them on the DVD, named IL2 Sturmovik 46! And guess what! You get the whole series (FB, AEP, PF and PE2 addon) for FREE!!

In a nutshell, price of both addons combined is the same as price of the DVD with whole 46 pack.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

If I own all of the Rolling Stones albums, do I need to buy the Greatest Hits because they put 2 new songs on it?<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

Kozhedub: In combat potential, the Yak-3, La-7 and La-9 fighters were indisputably superior to the Bf-109s and Fw-190s. But, as they say, no matter how good the violin may be, much depends on the violinist. I always felt respect for an enemy pilot whose plane I failed to down.

depends on how good the two new Stones songs are (bad example BTW....the Rolling Stones haven't had a good album since "some Girls")<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

And while we're at it, can I have my money back for Il-2, AEP, and Pacific Fighters too, as they're also on the disk. In fact, you lot should be paying me to recieve the disk not the other way round. I reckon an even hundred should do it.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">
