Its an propaganda movie about the Leibstandarte SS called "The way of the Leibstandarte".

They show where they have been since beginning of the war and explains what battles they have fought and against who.

It begins in Poland and goes over Prague, to Rotterdam, drawing back of british troops to D√ľnkirchen ,lots of footages from the fighting in France, visitig Paris with lots of sightseeing on their way home to germany.

It explains how they took part in occupying Rotterdam in the Netherlands and arresting looters there and restoring order.

This part contains also several anti-semitic parts like claiming that the looters were "mostly jews like expected".

Then it shows their way from germany via bulgaria to the yugoslavian border, especially mentioning the "bulgarian brothers in arms from ww-1" and the guest friendly atmosphere there.

- to the attack on yugoslavia showing some serbian prisoners and making fun out of them .... "Only this donkey seems to have interest for the serbian propaganda"

-footages from fighting in yugoslavia

- fighting against british and greek troops with heavy artillery duels.

-pioneer batallion of the Leibstandarte repairing and building bridges

-greek prisoners ,mentioning "that these brave enemys are allowed to keep their weapons after their surrender".

- the capitulation of the macedonien army and occupation of the british headquarters.

-how they use two small old fishing boats to bring their troops over to the other side and achieving total surprise with that , winning the battle this way.

-making contact with paratrooper forces
on the isle of Kreta.

-taking Athen with sightseeing of the Akropolis and victory parade through the streets of Athen.

The end shows new volunteers coming as reeinforcements from germany and says that the Leibstandarte now marches east to the final and ultimate battle with bolshevism.
