I have a little problem with the patched dive brakes on the Stuka. Historically, I'm not sure at what altitude the mechanism kicked in which automatically released the bombs and levelled out the plane. In the game now, this occurs at around 750 meters, which, regardless of historical accuracy, makes the dive brakes virtually useless. Because of computer limitations, you cannot pick out ground targets from your starting altitude of 2000m. You must spot and line up with ground targets as you are diving--and they do not even show up as specks until 1000m. Before you can even line up, the bomb release has already engaged and you are being jerked up, sure to miss.

Previously, I could hit with almost 100% accuracy, but only by diving below 500m. To hit with any degree of accuracy in this sim you must dive below 700m, but this is impossible with the dive brakes as they are now. Now I must dive without brakes, which makes pulling up dangerous because of the high speeds. Anyone else think this should change?

And of course, all bombers still do not have the option to toggle bomb selection, a basic sim function.

You can change the pullout altitude now. Use the same keys that you assigned for the HE-111 bombsight elevation.

You can now set it for any alt that you want in 25m increments.

Enjoy

I would say check your settings as I have no problems picking out ground targets from altitude. Short of them being masked by clouds, or fog of course. Although things like convoys are hard to spot. In which case I play follow the leader, and you will see their bombs explode long before you see the trucks. I think historically any less than 750 meters and you could forget pulling up.
Although I do find that when I can spot the target from the air I dive in way before the AI does. The AI seems to want to dive at say 70 degree's. Where I roll in 90 degree's and haven't missed a target yet.

Historically it was usually at 450m-600m but was selectable by the pilot.
