View Full Version : How high did you fly the Bi1?

I brought it up to 23000meters (full real except views and icons).

In a dive as fast as possible it wouldn't break or anything. It'd tend to go nose down like crazy and brake at some point.

Really odd plane I think.

I got it up to over 46000m, can't remember the exact altitude. You have to deploy flaps to get it that high.

With unlimited fuel right? I had limited fuel but was still climbing.

39,000 and I was seeing stars. Limited fuel also the trick being to start below 10,000 meters, and then get up speed before beginning a steep climb.

I've also noticed that the thing will not come apart. It simply noses over, and starts doing outside loops. In fact the only way to make it keep diving accelerating is to keep turning so that it keeps nosing over towards the ground.

Every take-off is optional, but every landing is mandatory!

I tried again and got 43000 with flaps. Still with limited fuel. This thing is so fast. The only thing is that past 730-750 kph it gets uncontrollable so you can't use it's speed. But it climbs like a Saturn V
