I posted a big long bug list and I need to go back on a bit of that so here's a bit of an appology.

I overstated the P-47 stall case. I flew some missions tonight and its just like before really. I think I was probably being a bit silly and goodness knows but it does fly fairly well. The D-27 still seems very slow compaired to the D-22 and D-10 but both of the earlier models have a fantastically done new skin to show them off with. I will be using them online once again!

The P-51 I also overstated issues with it. Its a good plane to fly and it seems that it flys much nicer when the fuel is set to something other than 100%. Which I have read is accurate. Well done.

Thank you for the attention to skins and updates to those, I also thank for the .50 caliber tracers which I can now see hitting the target. I can now better aim my shots with the .50 cals because of that. I am now very happy with the .50 cal machine guns now. Please leave them as they are http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

Thank you for the new maps, they are fantastically done and all the new addons are lots of good fun times to be had. I hope the final edition brings us good news, leaves all the good stuf intact and lets us go on to the Addon in January!

What Icefire said. Everything feels spot-on.

Thanks for the dedication, 1C!

I have to disagree are you talking about 1.2 beta which was great besides the faster then reality p51d and the me262s 7000m performance flaw

or 1.2 rc 01 which has so many problems its not funny anymore

I do give a big thanks for the free patch, new flyables, and new maps. But seeing 1.2 rc 01 reduced my confidence of what the 1.2 final will be like

1.2 rc 01 suppost to be later then 1.2 beta but theres more the 60 errors in fm climbs dives speeds rollsl high alt performances stick pressure etc it seems like the worse of 1.0 and 1.11

1.2 beta was the best if the mustangs speed was toned down and the me262s high alt performance was increased now the 190s are doing crazy stupid *** silly flipping snap stalls and stick yanking and planes with stick pressure cant even stay on them for a second.

Funny.

I`ve seen some amazing things lately...

I`ve seen VW-IceFire apologise, SkyChimp (gasp) apologise...
And all these guys really put their case forward hard.

will LeadSpitter be next? /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-indifferent.gif

To up the stakes: will the apology have a period in it?

Sometimes all of us overreact...I still think there is some work to do on this Beta but some of my initial thoughts and feelings I tested further later and found them to be wrong.

Since I bought this game, I've had a renewed interest in the history of the 1940's. I just got into the full mission builder and you can expect campaigns from me in the future. I just want to see things operating nicely...nothing crippled beyond what it should be and as many people happy as possible. If things are accurate and working nicely, there is less impetus to complain.

The reason we communicate so forcibly sometimes is probably due to all of those things. At the very least we're being articulate in our claims http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

yep - nice to see some retractions.

I like the RC and can live with the pony being 5km/h too slow. I guess I'm just easily pleased.
