I think an assassins creed with ninjas in japan would be BEAST! I am a fan of assassins creed and ninjas so why not. Anyways it maybe controversial, but the assassins in the game are like ninjas!

What's your input on this?

Ninjas or anything like that would be a bad idea for the AC Franchise. London in the 1880s for AC3!

do you know there is already a perfectly fitted existing thread about this topic right? It's not far from this post, it's just a couple of discussions down.

I do not know where AC3 will be, nor do I really care because Im sure the mods won't disappoint, but I DO KNOW this thread will be closed soon.

there is already an existing thread( http://forums.ubi.com/eve/foru...1069024/m/6831010868 (http://forums.ubi.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/5251069024/m/6831010868) ) about this, and the mods dont really like redundant threads.

I don't know if it would really work for Assassin's Creed and where they are going and how their story works out, but I def have imagined a game just like that!

It would be great because there is so already so much rich history and legends of ninjas and the amazing things they did to finish a mission.

Not just assassinations, but sneaking and collecting data. Not to mention building up a legend around the ninjas and the crazy powers people thought they had.

Feudal Japan didn't have tall buildings to climb

Japan is too cliche. Its been done... and done... and done to death in video games/animation.

AC has done something no one has... and to do ninja's would be just an easy cop out to an amazing series.

Why not?
Why not?!?!?!

Because Ubisoft isnt going to throw all their CASH down the drain to satisfy some "kid" that likes ninjas.
Why not?!?
Why not make the next assassins creed on jupiter?
Why not give desmond a pair of glasses that allows him to breath under water?
There will be a lot of oppinions, and Ubisoft probably have a good Idea about how they will run their company!

I'd want to see a great Ninja-themed stealth game as much as the next Thief/Splinter Cell fan, but I wouldn't like to see it in an AC game; the gameplay is too different.

Yeah Assassin Gaiden, You got to defeat an evil army of samurai templars who are using ancient magic to summon a dragon to take over the eath, you get to use shruiken and katana n'sh**, wow that would be so totally awesome, ninjas r great so many games means that they're good, and i don't care that free running would be made redundant, or that the fighting would be crap, or the story would be bad, NINJAS!!!.

no, no, just no.
