If you have a credit card you should just be able to download it from the UK or French site. I'm in Japan and the UK download worked fine.

PS - Does Finland really look the FB maps? I'm really keen to see it now that I have overflown the virtual one so much. Don't know why, but all the best campaign dogfights I have had take place on that map.

Ostin systerin luottokortilla ubilta. Oli hankala asentaa. taitaa kyll√¬§ l√¬∂ytya jo laittomanakin...Lentomalli muuttui paremmaksi, ainakin mulla. Odota pari p√¬§iv√¬§√¬§ niin Ubi saa hommat kuntoon. Pistin privaattiviestin.
Yes Finland map is great, but in RL its more beautifull.

Jos sinulla on Nordessa tili (ja verkkopankkitunnukset), voi Ubin verkkokaupassa maksaa my√¬∂s Nordean pankkimaksuna (kunhan valitset maan oikein tilaajatietoja kysytt√¬§ess√¬§). Itse k√¬§ytin vaimon tili√¬§ hyv√¬§kseni http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

mmm...doesn't your dad speak the language? I vaguely remember you saying you have Finnish heritage? Shame you haven't learnt it (difficult language though, I think).

Aye, dad comes from the land of reindeer. Despite me showing my interest in learning, he seems to have no interest in sharing his culture and heritage http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.gif

Righto, dad just had a look. Something about if you've got a Nordea bank account you can shop online using Ubis servece through Nordeas bankaccount. Porsimo himself uses his wifes account http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

Aren't you of legal age at 18? That's the legal age in most countries, and if you're 18, you only need a bank account to have a debit card. But, maybe it's not like that in Finland.

Anyway, pay your parents the cash and ask them to use their card. If they're afraid to use their card in the net... convince them that it's safe. This is... lie them. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

I'm an Englishman living in Sweden. It looks a bit like Finland, though no hills where I am (not so much forrest either really...more farming country). There are reindeer and bears up north though...and wolverines and some wolves too. We actually had a wolf down by where I live a few months back, though they only visit on very rare occasions (the one before that was unfortunately shot...I don't think that the farmers/hunters are too keen on them).

Well actually its quite close...

"if you have bank account √¬*n Nordea (and their netbank ID's), You can pay it at Ubis netstore as Nordeas banktransfer. I took advantage of wifes account."

Finnish language is not so hard to learn, try using decent "carrot" for learning, like get ticket in Sweden-Finland icehockey match to finnish fan section http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

And for anasteksi: My√¬∂s ihan normaali pankkisiirto toimii, kest√¬§√¬§ vain "hiukka" kauemmin. Joskus hamassa tulevaisuudessa tipahtaa sitten s√¬§hk√¬∂postiin tilaunumerot ja linkit

I think I would need to know the basics first before trying to get tickets for icehockey matches http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

And do you have a translation for that?

I think the comment was meant for me. There is a great rivalry between Sweden and Finland, and this is especially noticeable in international ice hockey games (these are almost sacred meetings between the two nations).
It would be wise not to speak Swedish in the 'Finnish fan section' of such a match....and a good time to learn Finnish...quickly!

Marssi sampoon ja tee sinne visa electron-tili. Ite tein sen heti t√¬§ysik√¬§seks tultua. Yleens√¬§ electronin pit√¬§is toimia t√¬§llasessa, usein vaikkei v√¬§ltt√¬§m√¬§tt√¬§ mainittaiskaan toimivan. Kaveri on ostanu electronilla netist√¬§ vaikka on erikseen sanottu ettei toimi...

(Go to Sampo and get yourself an visa electron account. I did it myself as soon as i turned 18. Usually electron works in these, often even though it's not mentioned. A friend of mine has used electron online even when it clearly said it won't work...)
