"...i'm downloading it"

It's not posted yet, is it? I could not find it? It really looks awesome--awe inspiring. I think that's the true meaning of Shock & Awe.

Wow, screenshots are very impressive and I've been looking forward to an Iwo Jima campaign since watching Flags and Letters.

Agreed, it looks very nice-- but methinks my frames will take a beating.

it was already posted m8 , on missionfortoday website , in IL-2 section of download/campaigns , i did 2 missions so far , that ground pounding was fun , the 2 zeroes waiting for me were less fun , can't believe i made it home , but nice campaign so far , i need to fly more missions http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

This made me curious enough to go onto Google Earth to see how Iwo Jima looks today
http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b194/BoNidle/iwojima.jpg

Sad to think that such a small and apparently insignificant looking piece of land could cost so many lives.

In Hiroshima the crew of the Enola Gay directly killed 80,000 people.

"In Hiroshima the crew of the Enola Gay directly killed 80,000 people."

I think I know what you're angling for here, but the B-29 isn't flyable, and it would make too short a campaign.

PhilK: don't you have problems with AI aircraft taking off from carriers in poor weather? (Because they have problems with it in 4.08)

Arrow 80 - yeah F4U's and TBM's http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_confused.gif

I started the thread on ORR about this. Hope it will be fixed because it does affect my campaigns. Tho' not so much on this one as the last one (as there is less bad weather)
