I have tried to get Spellbound working for Firefox but I can't seem to figure out the proper library to download and I don't understand the "build" stuff they talk about on their website. I have Windows XP Pro.

Spellbound's website is probably the least user friendly site I have ever seen. If some one could help me interpret their website and get their spell checker to work for me, I would sincerely apprerciate it. I have been able to download their exe file and have tried to get the right library but it won't work.

OK finally figured out what was happening. My firewall was blocking a download. I now have spell check working but it really is a confusing website.

I know what you mean!

Found that Firefox pop up blocking prevented my first attempt at installing spellbound.

I need to re-install it now as I re-built my system!

Worth the effort though, I can spell reasonably well but my fingers suffer some form of Dyslexia http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif

When are you due over in the UK again Blairgowrie?

Wife is planning a 3 week holiday in the States, she needs her family fix again http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
Current plan is end of June, but I can't remember your travel plans now!

Hi B16,

We get into Heathrow August 10 and will fly up to Edinburgh on the 13th so somewhere in between we should get together for a wee drink. I think we visit Duxford on the 12th. Decided to fly up instead of renting a car and driving up. The car rental company wanted a $200 drop off charge and we can fly first class on my wife's Aeroplan for nothing. I can put the saving towards a dual core CPU and an R520.

I'll send you an e-mail a couple of weeks before we leave for the UK.

My number 1 hobby used to be playing competitive bridge at a high level. But not anymore, I am now a total addict for FB.

Can't take it with you FlatSpinMan!
