change the picture of my pilot in the pilot roster?

I started the IJN campaign and I still have a picture of a big, grumpy looking Russian in a leather skull cap.

OK, I read the manual and found the section on how to change pictures on p 35, but the explanation is not clear. It tells me where the picture files are located, but it does not tell me where to place them.

Looking at my FB:Aep install (no PF yet http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_frown.gif) - the image used for your pilot in the campaign is ~\DGen\photo.bmp.
In the same directory there are a number of folders (one for each nation) containing pilot bmps - pick one you like and copy it over ~\DGen\photo.bmp - no more grumpy russian.

The process may be different for PF - but it may also be exactly the same http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Cheers

Thanks. Is there a way to insert different phots for different pilots? I currently have a German bomber campaign, a Russian fighter campaign, A Japanese IJN bomber campaign and a US pacific Navy campaign. ( I gave up on my RAAF Beaufighter campaign until the patch. ****ed mountains)

Not that I'm aware of - photo.bmp seems to serve for any active player pilot.
