I get numb butt syndrome here... from the way I have to sit on my cr*ppy chair with my feet in the rudder pedals. On long flights I take my feet off em and sit up straight for a little relief. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif

Yeah...gotta pair the excessive flight sim use with some excessive exercise. Do stretches, light weight lifting...that sort of thing. Balance the erosion of certain muscles with their rebuilding.

Keep some light weights handy for those Loong Pacific flights, eh ? Or go run a round the block while the autopilot get's ya half way close. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif
