Don't know that I trust luthier. He is the one that started Pacific Fliers and never finished it.

How can you have a Korean game with no American Fighters? If he can get a Saber jet for Korea than he can can get a Heldiver for PF. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/halo.gif

What did he do? Steal your wallet, date your kid sister, sold you some magic beans...
Oh no....created what is undoubtedly the best Pacific War flight simulation around at the moment...which, like everything in this life could be even better

Get some perspective dude!

The who lawsuit or whatever issue was because they actually used Grumman's name in advertisement. There were no problems with any other US plane was there. Like the Mustang, B-17, B-25, B-42, P-40, P-47, ect. The only issue was when they actually put Grumman F6F Hellcat in print.

As long as you do not use the company's name, Grumman, etc. do not really have a case. As long as one is legally prepared to call their bluff, there should be no problem using US planes or ships. The only real question is what exactly did Ubi agree to for itself and Maddox games when it signed the deal with Grumman, and is it willing to call NTG's bluff? Considering that Ubi at the last minute evidently forced the SH4 developers to remove almost all USN medals and all aircraft built by Consolidated, Grumman, and Douglass presumably as a consequence of the same "deal" that cost us a Yorktown class or TBF cockpit in Pacific Fighters, that is an extremely important question.
