Hello Fellow Pilots Of The RAF!

Here is the latest update of this great project!

I have finally made the final reviews and edits of the first 'Voice Actor' script and have just submited it to it's corresponding 'voice actor' to start recording ! Let me tell you all, so far it will be one of the best VOICE packs out there for IL2:FB, we are making it as authentic as it could be, you will feel as if you were there! ...at least that is our goal.

I know that many are still sending me request, so far I have received about 30 Private messages within two days! It's so much that I was unable to reply to all of them right away but will do for sure.

Like I said, currently all the 9 'voice actor' positions are taken but will be making a secondary backup 'voice actor' list in case someone gets sick or has a personal matter and can not complete the task. This is not a fast project, but I am working with the boys to bring out quality work for all of you to enjoy and bring it out as fast as possible.

I am currently typing away the other voice actor scripts (# 2 thru 9) during my 'free' time (time away from IL2:FB!!!) but it's worth every hour! I am learning so much and meeting so many new people that just by that it's worth the effort.

Here is the official list of the IL2:FB RAF Voice Actors :

AaronGT - England Voice ACTOR 1
stickmonkey - Scottland Voice ACTOR 2
altstiff - Canada Voice ACTOR 3
DedEyes - South Africa Voice ACTOR 4
Redshift1 - South Africa ACTOR 5
JG77BlackWulf 2 - Ireland Voice ACTOR 6
Killjoy2K2 - England Voice ACTOR 7
Chadburn - Canada Voice ACTOR 8
FltLt_HardBall - New Zealand Voice ACTOR 9
eleanori - Australia Voice ACTOR 0

Please give them a broad welcome and wish them success !

Let keep this project flying boys!!!

Me neither, just a shame we can't have Leslie Philips doing the voice of the ground controller.

Leslie Philips is still alive, so it is possible. I
think for anything including voice we are contractually
obliged to have Martin Jarvis involved, though, aren't we?

You're doing voice one, aren't you, Aaron? That's the biggy - good luck with it!
Hope you get on OK with the tweaks I put on the script. If you want to discuss any of it, feel free to PM me.

As I've said to Nikola, the 'attention' clip is bugging me - it comes up quite a lot in the game, but it doesn't sound right for RAF, and I can't think of a good alternative.

If anyone can make any suggestions, I'd be grateful!

Hello Mickeyg077,

I think that I have found a solution to that problem. I will send you the edited "ACTOR 1" script that Aaron has now. You will see what I have done to "solve" this issue.

Best regards,

NTESLA
