what videocard? The rest looks OK, but you'd better get 1GB RAM.

As far as you keep it inside 'excellent' limits and don't even try 'perfect' you should get aceptable performance, depending on your card. But those 512 Mb gonna be a problem in the larger maps with lots of objects. You could get some serious freezes and stutters there.

Dux, my slightly lower spec system with a OC'd 9600pro can handle perfect easily, even with lots of planes in the air. I think he'll do fine.

I'm running a 1.3 gig processor, gig of ram, & radeon 9600XT 256mb. In game settings excellent/high. Mine runs smooth with occasional stutter over the water. I only use perfect for screenies. Hunter82 gave some config.ini tweaks & Luckyboy1 gave me some help tweaking my hardware. Worst comes to worst post a dxdiag & let the gang in community help take a look. Between Luckyboy1 & Hunter82, I saved some cash by not going out & buying new motherboard, processor & ram.

i had 512 to start with - now i have 1gb - with amazing results - full detail at 1024x768 res - and a whole lot of action at the same time - we're talking about a few ships and loads of aircraft.

you should be fine. You may not be able to play well in perfect mod but any were between med and exellent should workl good for you. if you get the chance get a full gig of ram it will make a defernce

I'm still at 512mb...it works fine there. I think 1GB is probably icing on the cake to really make things run smoothly.

I'll be upgrading when prices drop http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif
