i need to know three things:

1. is anyone able to tell me if in-game stick-action is similar to real-life stick action?

2. if i'm banked to port and stand on my starboard rudder which direction should the nose go?

3. am i the only person glad to see this guy (http://forums.ubi.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/23110283/m/1151074316) get a little action?

thanks in advance.

1. I would expect that the real life stick would be much harder to pull under heavy G's, but that's stating the obvious. I would have to say that they might be similar in the sense that when you move the stick a/some control surface(s) move, but the game stick is far from reality.

2. Depending on the angle of the bank, turning one way and giving opposite rudder, the nose will follow the rudder. Example, if in a shallow 45? bank and you apply opposite rudder, the nose wants to point up or towards the rudder direction.

3. God knows that boy needed some action. Hopefully, he doesn't wind up too drunk to perform properly, lol. Although, I suppose a red-headed sheep wouldn't mind a second try. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif

Well, to answer your questions,

1, Stick action in game is directly proportional to your real life stick action , More of one means less of the other.
2, If your banked to port and stand on your starboard rudder, your nose will go to the right (starboard) or straight up into the air if your banked fully to port.
3, What guy?

in my experience if i put full right rudder and alot of left stick ill continue straight but in a skidding maneuver and the nose would go up. lots of fun when they are on your close six and force an overshoot without changing alt or direction or dropping throttle flaps, etc.

I can only answer to item number 3 and say that his thread was worthless without pics.
