Already posted this in the PF forum, but there are more people here so...

I really really want a C-47 to be modeled for PF, think about it. Flying paratroopers or vital supplies in over enemy terretory. No offensive weapons. Low over the treetops. Can it be any more fun??

The modeler wouldn't be low on reference either. It's a sure success Smile
The Ju-52 **Where Eagles Dare music**, which had the same role, could be made flyable for the axis.

Cargopilots stand up!

Flyable C-47 would be great, and would bring excellent missions to the game.

Now I know that FB has totally unreal FM/DMs, hehe

Every single time I have ever flown the Me 323 (at least in a df server), it kicks ***!...usually takes out at least 2 or 3 attackers before I get shot down......and it's not so common that I do flying this wonderful elephant....sure, it always ends up as swiss cheese, but it almost always keep so flying....

This differs greatly from RL, where they were slaughtered with ease, with or without escort

Too bad it doesnt carry even a few bombs, as I have found the Me 323 far more survivable, and signifiganly more dangerous to opponents, than any other bomber/multi-engine type in FB

You know your nuts when you want a Me-323 as a Close Air support weapon or a Dc-3 for that use hehehe cause that what i would do if it becomes flyable

Wasn't it the Garand the Jeep and the C-47 that won the war?
Surely the (apparently http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif) greatest WW2 plane must be flyable?? Oh.... if only I were a modeler http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.gif

Yes, because we all know the Americans were the only Allies that fought in the Second World War. Thanks for liberating Europe of those pesky Russians and British!

My buddy Anthony was playing the Germans in a fine game of Axis and Allies and he said, "the Americans never run out of money and the Russians never run out of men." Sounds about right.
