I just uploaded a 'Blank' IL2/FB profile to my site.

What I mean by blank, is that all the commands are programmed in, but none are assigned. This allows you to set up your HOTAS however you choose w/o having to go through the trouble of programming the commands yourself.

To download the profile click on the link in my sig

georgeo76 thanks for the work. I downloaded your LOMAC blank, too. I've never had the patience to sit down and figure out what order/conditions all the keystrokes need to go in to program the X45 correctly. I've been using the in-game programming for FB, but I don't think that'll cut it when LOMAC comes out.
