Does anybody know where I could find a list of how to make the different smilies that aren't included in here already? Thank you.

Emoticons are referred to in these forums as "Graemlins". To find the Graemlins, click on Reply to a post, then click on the yellow smiley face next to the URL block in the upper left corner. You'll get a list of Graemlins. To insert in your reply, click on a Graemlin.

Thank you jw http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif, I know of those though. But I see people doing others that I don't know how to make with the keyboard. I was sort of hoping there was a place that would tell me how to make them. The only other smilies I've ever used are the ones in the Schmaili program and it doesn't tell you how to make them.

Hi! RivenGurl http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif Yes I remember the cookies. Have you made it through Prime by now?

Making your own smilies requires the proper software and/or some knowledge of using, for example, javascript. I suspect that most folks simply copy smilies they find to the Windows clipboard and then paste to wherever.

Try these sites as a beginning. In most cases, if you like something, you can copy it to the clipboard, then to wherever you want. Or, you can try making your own. (BTW, "AIM" is AOL Instant Messenger.)

To insert a smiley in these forums, you type in the complete URL to your smiley, offsetting it with the UBB Code for Image. Do this by positioning the mouse cursor appropriately, then clicking on the URL tab at the top of the message box ("Insert URL Hyperlink - UBB Code"). Or, you can click on the Smiley Face tab next to the URL tab, select a smiley, and click on it to insert. Examples are http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_cool.gif or Biggrin (http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif)

Thank you very much jw. I will look at the URLs you recommend.

So I would put the regular smilies in just like I did my Pepsi drinking smilie? So I have to take them to my website and post them in files there so they'll transfer, right? At least I think that's what you said. Please let me know if I've got it all mixed up (which is not unusal for me). http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

I didn't mention the other way of inserting a smiley in these forums, by clicking on the "Display Image UCC Code" tab at the top of the message box (2nd tab from the right), and typing in the URL for the smiley file.

You aren't mixed up. Just as you used http://pepsisplace.homestead.com/files/pepsismilie1.gif for your Pepsi smiley, you need a valid URL for any inserted smiley file. Your website should work fine, assuming that it's set up so that no login userID and password are required for file access.
