Is there any place where this file is thoroughly documentet? There are a lot of minor and major changes available but I cant find any documentation.

Some info pops up here in the forums and some are scattered in the different readme files.

Especially, I would like to shorten my dynamic campaigns but are not able to find information on these tweaks anywhere. I do however recall that I have read something on it.

I think 1C/UBI should make a document if it is not already done?

If you have MSExcel, there's a guide available for download at http://www.airwarfare.com/guides.htm

I have started one here.

http://www.airwarfare.com/guides.htm

look under tech guides.
It is in excel but if you dont have this you can download an excel reader from microsoft -just google search for this. If no joy then I have a wordpad version that I am preparing and if you pm me with your e-mail I can send you a copy once finished-but busy now so might be tomorrow before I can get back to you.
