It has to do with the end of time...or something like that...anybody knows?

Here is the link to an explaining article

http://www.sangraal.com/AMET/hendaye.html

As Fulcanelli tells us, this inscription can be interpreted as one of the key maxims of alchemy: Igne Natura Renovatur Integra or "By fire nature is renewed whole."

1. Translator’s note: millenarism, chiliasm, doctrine of belief in the millenium.

2 Latin spatiurn, with the meaning of place, situation, given to it by Tacitus. It corresponds to the Greek ****, root ****, country, territory.

3. The first three are emperors, the fourth is only a king, the Sun King, thus indicating the decline of the star and its last radiation. This is dusk, the forerunner of the long cyclic night, full of horror and terror, ‘the abomination of desolation’.

4. Revelation, ch. lv, v. 6 and 7.5. Ezekiel, ch. I, v. 4, 5, 10 and 11.

And this next link explains a bit more:
http://2012istheend.com/Cross_at_Hendaye___2012.html

In sum, the Cross at Hendaye is a physical representation of the belief by ancient Christians, Rosicrucians, and alchemists that the world’s end is rapidly approaching, and will occur in the midst of fire. As discussed further on these pages, many believe—including Nostradamus, the Bible Code and NASA—that a great comet will pass by, or into, the earth in the year 2012. Could this be the return of Christ referenced in the Bible texts? Many believe it is and that the Cross at Hendaye is just one more reminder that 2012 is the end.

I'd say it doesn't have to do with end of time,
i just thinking creativly again, to me , the A is a eagels leg, and the side C is like the victim

Just look at the design of the A in the old grafics...they are exactly the same as in AC. I really believe there is no coincidence

i've seen it,
but it doesn't seem to have anything to do with the word ending,
Astrology perhaps,
but not dooms day

Can I request that this thread makes more sense by having a bit of clarification.

yeh you would of got your point across better if you actualy put a link to an article explaining what the pictures actualy refer to. but the A symbol has been used thousands of times with slight differances to show differant things.

Everyone was freaking over Y2K because of a stupid computer clock :P

I dont n about AC symbol man,
Like Cas said, Now, maybe not the "A" Symbol specifacleyBut take the Swasticka, (The "Nazi" symbol as it is most famous for
The Swasticka was actually, (Im not to specific on what it was before) but it was actually on some sort of Buddah or something, except it was the same symbol just turned a different direction
Then the Nazis took it and destroyed its meaning.

That is good example right their, Like Cas said, Symbols can be used for different things

I just thought..when I saw the A shape..I had to think of Assassins Creed. And...since it's well known that The Templars were connected to the Freemasonry's (Vrijmetselaars) with this symbol: http://farm1.static.flickr.com/31/56663124_bef0a2e03e.jpg

I just thought...maybe there is more to the logo as the game has yet unveiled.

SUPPOSEDLY....

Freemasonry is traced by some people to the Knights Templar. This hasn't really been confirmed though.
Supposed to explain the origins of the Scottish Rite Freemasonry, when the Templars, being persecuted by the Vatican, escaped to England/Scotland.

This is all hearsay, and guesses though.

I've heard somewhere that the symbol the Nazis used was actually a symbol of the sun, and backwards it was a symbol of the moon. It's Asian or something.

AC is related to doomsday. Don't you guys know that? http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/shady.gif

But on the Swastika subject, it was also used as an early Jewish symbol of purity. I've been told there's a sacred Jewish building in Turkey decorated with them, which dates back well before German use of the symbol. They're the same way round as the Nazis used too, supposedly. Unfortunately, I haven't seen it for myself yet, but that's what I was told.

The swasticka has been used for, Hindu, judism, buddism, the Japaneased used it, and several other people used, even our own army once used it, but that was a LOoooooong time ago, runner used, it was a symbol of peace and stuff like that and etc etc look it up, theirs a few things it was used for

That explains why Hitler wanted to kill all the Jews. He stole their symbol.

I'm pretty sure that it's just a Greek Alpha... look at the evidence!

Pat said that the third AC was going to be before the other two, and Bloodlines is set in Greece (Crete, to be specific) so... isn't it obvious???

Also, i think that in the third AC they will travel to Rome to do the Assassinations.
