I was just wondering, there are so many bad critics about the game, so do you guys think that the pc version will be better than the console ones? Are they gonna fix the ''glitches'', improve the AI, graphics... OR they are just adjusting the controls for pc. But why would they need 4+ months just to set the controls? So write what you think!

A simple port would not take 3-4 months to make, hopefully they will improve the game a bit, fix bugs they got to know about after the console releases and such. It would be very appreciated if they told us the exact reason of the delay, though, I'm really eager to play the game and it will be difficult to avoid spoilers for 3 months.

I would guess that the delay is due to a business deal with the console makers. Console makers need "exclusives" to sell consoles.

As for whether the PC version will be "better", my guess is it will have a whole raft of bugs that aren't showing up now http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif That's because every PC has different hardware, and it's really difficult to make sure a game runs on every machine. Takes a lot of testing and some systems will surely still fall through the cracks.

If there are gameplay bugs (as opposed to design features that aren't universally popular, like the AI) the PC version will presumably be patched to fix em. I haven't encountered any myself.

Edit: BTW I see my tag says community assistant http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif I was a mod years ago for the Myst/Uru boards, but have no affiliation with this one nor any inside knowledge!

as you said they will do a lot of testing, not just port it to pc, which means that there could be more bugs discovered and the ones that exist will probably get fixed
