Just use the same process as the other bombers with sites with the exception that there is no angle adjustment. The plane is so slow you will not be sneaking up on any targets anyway.

Indeed there is. Check under the 'Training' button, and play the track 'TB3 - Level Bombing'

The TB3 is a very different kettle of fish, compared to the other bombers. Its downright primitive in comparison, but despite that, if you give it some time, its a suprisingly accurate bomber (probably because its so stinking slow!).

The trick to the TB3 is to get out on the nose gun position and get a rough lead in to the target. Once you roughly lined up, jump to the bombadier.

Most guides will tell you to use rudder trim to adjust for lateral aim. Well, that doesnt work with the TB3! Once you have the target in sight, turn off the level stabilizer and give the rudder a firm but GENTLE shove to bring the sight roughly in line with the target. DONT use full rudder, or you will lose the sight! Once you have the target roughly lined up, re-engage the stablizer and give it a second to true up the aircraft.

You may need to do this a couple of times to get correctly lined up. Once you get used to this, it works pretty well, and it can be done quickly. Once your lined up, its down to waiting for the crosshairs to hit the target. NOTE: you want to drop a little short of the target to bracket it solidly.
