Bf 109E had an internal tankage of 400 liters in self-sealing tanks. Under cruise conditions (roughly 1 ata or about 60% throttle), endurance was 1,5 hours, range 413 miles or 665 km.

According the original engine data, even at maximum 100% power, w/o overheating, fuel should be enough for a bit over 1 hours of use and about 500km.

Remember how much time a 109 escort could stay over Britain? 15 minutes max, or else it would run out of fuel on the journey home.

That was largely bacause often they had to wait for the bombers over the channel for long time, burning fuel unneccesarily, which limited their usuful time over Britian to about 15-20 mins. Regardless, there are primary sources that say 413 miles range and about 1 1/2 hours of endurance for the 109E. It`s natural that under practical conditions, it`s less than that, but this applies to any other plane as well.
