nicely done pit!

although I don't think the shuttle has an ADI like that right infront of the pilot... atleast it's not there in orbiter and that's supposed to be pretty accurate.

Did anyone else notice anything odd about the STS's performance?

Well normally it's not supposed to take off like that http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif but it's just an experiment. But it's packed with fun..

Btw yes it does have an ADI like this http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

I used to have a re-entry scenario for FS9... it was cool trying to deadstick the shuttle down to the runway...

Nice. They really should have stuck with Enterprise and included her in the fleet considering the performance she was demonstrating there.

Here's the proper Shuttle take-off procedure in FSX. FSX allows you to fly in space (near the Earth) so you can take it up into orbit (I don't know how well orbiting is modelled, if at all).
