Ok, well here it is.

A Utility which I have finished coding, which will calculate whether or not you were captured/rescued if you were downed in enemy territory.

For the basic jist of the rules of DiD, and information about being captured, refer to Neural_Dream's post here (http://forums.ubi.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/23110283/m/3841015673).

You can configure your options under the "config" tab, and run the util from the "utility" program.

To install, extract DiDConfig.zip to a folder of your choice. Then, run DiDConfig.exe.

You will need the Java Runtime Environment installed to run this util, as it is coded in Java. You can download it from java.sun.com (http://java.sun.com).

Please report any bugs/omissions or additions you would like to IL-2Nut@klimki.net

[Edit]Forgot the download link http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/35.gif. Get the utility HERE (http://www.klimki.net/DiDConfig.zip) [\Edit]

Hope this helps,
Chris

Yarbles and others have been playing DiD for years. He's ported over Siggi's old Single Player DiD (SPDiD) stuff onto his current site, http://www.combatsimgroup.com/KB/index.php. (It's not entirely functional, but it allows random generation of a pilot name, and tracking of sorties/kills and also gives out medals.)

http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif That's a nice utility Hyflyer. Thank you for your effort http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif.
While we're exploring the DiD possibilities and through the diaries that we will post and read in the following weeks, we may think of additional rules, which you 'll be able to add in there.

How about if things are played that way.. Many missions in one day (freie jagd..?) I play full real settings..
Any rules for that That is reason why for example Hartman and boys got kills ...?

What is not working? I havent added many nations as there wasn't a need since most flew German. If you want to use it register and let me know. You need to be activated. Yarbles made it to around 120 sorties before loosing out. Scout I belive in the 115 range. It's all about flying smart and resisting the urge from time to time.
