Shooting the other guy before he shoots me seems to work quite well. /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif

Don't dogfight /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif

Engage - Attack - Kill - Extend.

Wash - Rinse - Repeat /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif

Don't get tangled up in a messy 'dogfight'

Dont you remember what G√ľnther Rall replied to the question what his preferred tactics against P-47's was? He replied: "To shoot them down!" /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif

Best way to win a dogfight:
1.Get behind the enemy
2.Get close in behind and open fire in short small bursts
3.Keep Firing if hitting.
4.Accidently run into the enemy plane
5.Ctrl E
6.Hope he crashes into the ground and doesnt eject
7.If #6 Happens Congrats you won the Dogfight!
