Has anyone read Josh Waitzkin's book, "The Art of Learning?" Is it a good read and does it supplement Chessmaster 11 well?

Actually, I've started reading the book...

From what I can tell so far, it's no so much of a chess instruction manual as it is a self-help guide to improve learning techniques, with several references to chess and tai chi.

I am enjoying it, so I would recommend it. I'd also recommend Garry Kasparov's book, How Life Imitates Chess. It's much like Waitzkin's book.
