It is a fine book. But not much of it applies to the gun fighting era imho.

Yea i got it. Its very nice. If you'r already an Ace the meneuvers wont help you that much as
you probably already know them but for rookies and regulars its a tresure chest.

Also very stories about historical raids aswell as a nice interview with Cap. Eric Brown at the back.
i must say that i dont agree with waldo.pepper
aktually most of the ilustrations are with WW2 planes.

well worth the money.

+1

The illustrations are some of the best I've seen for demonstrating manoeuvres. They are also beautiful. And the stories of real missions and interview with Cpt Eric Brown are very interesting.

This book advertised well in advance in PC Pilot, I pre-ordered the paper back version and received on publication day. Not impressed at first, as several have already said, nothing new. But on re-examination it seems to grow on you and must agree with mmitch10 the illustrations are excellent.
Have now changed my opinion and would recommend it to ace and tyro alike.
