Scientists have now found what seems to be the number 72 inside Mona Lisa`s eyes (real life).

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/new...vered-Mona-Lisa.html (http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1337976/Real-life-Da-Vinci-Code-Tiny-numbers-letters-discovered-Mona-Lisa.html)

Was it not this number that was so special in AC:Brotherhood?

Careful with spoilers if you're going to talk about the ACB storyline anyone!

Yes ^^

I'd advise you to take Robson's advice, perhaps add a spoiler tag in the title just in case?

72 and the letters CE (Common Era). Maybe Ubisoft knows the truth, and are trying to communicate through a game. </sarcasm>

Even more Templary Consiracy! Ubisoft is a Templar company and has the Piece of Eden that at the conclusion of the series will make us all Templar slaves! That's how they knew about 72!

I like all the comments in the article claiming it is proof that Leonardo painted by numbers.
I never would have seen that joke in this. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/metal.gif

Try and tell me that it wouldn't be easy to photoshop those two white lines together and make them look like the Assassin logo?

They're just TRYING to give Ubisoft ammunition here, aren't they?

Despicable!
Desturbing the remains of one of histories greatest minds in order to unveil a mystery best left unsolved...

I think I heard somewhere that someone performed facial recognition on the Mona Lisa, and found that it matched Leonardo's self portrait.

I've seen that. Must say you need quite the imagination to see the comparison. I think it's a bunch of bs. People just want to see stuff that isn't there.

Is anyone else blown away by the parallels of this story? I mean.. Leonardo, 72, discovered by Luigi Borgia, Even if they are just coincidence (I hope they're not lol) it's really pretty amazing.. and if this is a fake story.. then I'm a fool http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.gif

Does that mean you're hoping that there really are templars trying to control our minds?

YES! So that we may rise up and fight them.

I'd gladly burn all ten of my fingers to run around killing Templars Like Ezio.. although nothing is really stopping me from climbing buildings as it is.. maybe I'll start practicing
