Fictitious "White 9" scheme in well worn, temporary
winter paint.
With and without nationality markings and swastikas.

And a link with some info:

http://www.il2skins.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=635

The procedure I use:

1-Make a folder in your' C: drive. Call it BRIGHT
2- Put the file "bright.exe" in that folder.
3- Put your TGA or BMP (skin to be optimized) in that
folder also. In this example it's called "MySkin.tga".
4-Open up a text editor. MS Notepad is fine for this and
comes with Windows. Look under " Programs", "Accessories"
in the START menu for the program. Copy/Paste the
following text into Notepad:

C:\BRIGHT\BRIGHT MySkin.tga -o -bmp

In Notepad go: "File" "Save as" "Bright.bat" ( don't use
the parenthesis) into the folder you made.
5- You're all set to use it now. You have the program, the
file to be modified, and the bat file to run the
program. Just double click on "bright, bat" and it
should bring up a DOS window and run. You should see
the optimization taking place, then it will close. You
now should have a new file in the folder
called "MySkin.bmp". Move that to the correct skin
folder in the game, and you're ready to launch FB.

You can get a little fancier from there, but that's the basic way to run it with a bat file.
