This is from one of the live chats.

martes86): 6: Will you add the possibility of placing or removing the UZO, and a guy watching targets through it?
(DevTeam): The UZO will go below deck when the U-Boat dives.

And yet in screenshots the UZO is being left on the CT when submerged which tends to annoy the UZO at it gets crushed by pressure when the Boat goes deep.

because it gets damaged which can be used as an excuse for the UZO-bug http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

Seems like you'll have to fire your watch officer !

Or maybe it's his manner to wash the UZO ?

and sewage tanks for nightly domestics and why the escorts wont be able to pick up the trash
that we should be able to dump nightly to read our secret correspondence..

The game doesn't have to be out to find errors that can be easily seen in screenshots.

It isn't like the screenshots are going to change. lol

You should feel lucky, in the game you have a special version of the UZO which is waterproof to a depth of 350 metres. This means less work for the crew as they dont have to refix it every dive/surface and it also gets the lenses cleaned with each dive so no smudges/dark marks.

Im thankfull the devs have given us this woundrous thing and taken the hastle out of UZO management http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

Probably an old picture and has probably been fixed. If not then its not a problem. It probably won't effect anything, just a mistake in the looks.

I probably won't be able to see it, anyway, as I doubt I'll have wonder-woman-view enabled.

I didn't want to start a new topic so I'll just add it on to this one!

not the Uzo! but another CT one from the SC's that I seen from a german SHIII website and I am sure there in game ones!

Officers and lookouts in the CT and the shot is above and a little behind the CT, what I noticed was that the hatch was closed. I thought that would have been open to get inside quickly in case they had to dive quikly?

I'm extremley unhappy that the lookouts don't have to go below every 3-4 hours to relieve their bladders, that type of oversight is just making the game too unrealistic.

Why go below when they can just do it over the edge?

Fine, in that case I feel that proper attention should be given to the change in density of the liquid going through the props as the lookouts take a piss, furthermore the center of gravity of the boat should be affected by the now slightly lighter lookout, if we don't get this down the sim is just TOO unrealistic for me to buy.

IIRC all submachine guns will still fire after being submerged, Even the UZO which I imagine is just like the MP-40.
