1. Tagan dual engine TG-800 U-25 800 W
2. Intel Core2 Extreme QX6700 2.66 Quad
3. 2x Saphire Radeon X1950-XTX Crossfire 512
4. 2x WD 1500 ADFD150GB 10.0/16M/S150
5. 2x WD 5000 YS 500GB 7.2/16M/ s300 RaidEdition

1. Asus P5W DH Deluxe 975X
Option A:
4 x GeIL Ultra 2GB(2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 1066 PC2 8500)GX22GB8500P4D

option B: 2 X Corsair TWIN2X2048-8888C4DF

I am aware that the above motherboard is like Focke Wulf 190. Deadly but very unforgiving even in experienced hands. Hard to make it run as rated.
There are issues with "quads", with 4 GB RAM if running 32 bit (which I will - for obvious reasons http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif and the ever present Vista Drivers problem - which to my knowledge has been sorted out with the latest bios.

Is there anyone here with simmilar setup based around this Motherboard.
I am particulary interested with RAM compatibility.

Bunkerrat perhaps?

sry....to tell you the truth...you should be ok ...the memory issue might need to be looked @a little closer ...i was looking at the asus site ...got a little busy yesterday ..the rear main seal on the truck failed ....but i think you know what your doing inside a case ..so you have an advantage you can build a computer ..
