Here's a link from Dart's Page of a nice tutorial on gunnery and range estimation too: http://www.darts-page.com/movies/Range_and_Convergence.zip

IMO Dart's videos are a must fo9r anyone even remotely serious about flying this sim. Or any combat sim for that matter. I learned how to skip bomb from those videos and his easy going drawl helps to just put a nice touch on it all. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/25.gif

SC is great.. I visit it often.... it is a very multilayered program.

I'm gonna get flamed for this......lol skip bombing is SO wrong. :\

BUT, I've never looked into the gunsite/range estimation thing. I'm guessing we don't have Mil reticules or markings on any sites do we?

They actually used skip bombing as a legitimate tactic in ww2

I'll have to admit, after years of thinking that it was a "game" thing for the most part, I was wrong. It seems that B-25's and A-20's did some skip bombing. It wasn't as popular a practice as it is in here, but one none the less.

you're correct but for people to become instinctual, they must first be able to visualize what is right. this is to help START people with the right views until it is natural
