Man, I can't praise that vid enough. Wow and double wow. I'm amazed and stunned. Rockem Sockem come to life. Only thing that was missing was "Camrade Cast Iron" and the thing woulda been perfect.

I dunno. I guess I have to throw in some drugs to fully appreciate that video =)

that was pretty cool, but some of the animation was kind of sloppy. Like when the robot throws that truck at the Mustang. and when the robot's head lands on the ground... the robot's supposed to be really huge but yet when the head is there next to the grass it doesn't look bigger than a normal human head... unless they had giant grass at that base.

overall pretty cool though... couldn't hear the sounds because I'm at work though.

Here are some of the very high detailed models used for the film, and links to the author's other short films:

BTW Thanks to the original poster for the link. That's the first time I've seen the whole clip.

holy cow , that was one fun video! i need to see a sequel!

wondering why the mustangs have D-Day stripes/color scheme in the PTO rather than regular identification stripes, though. and blah, y would you send a wing of mustangs? there were F4U's right there - half of which weren't being attacked xD

blah wonderful vid though!
