Ground starts. I usually fly the whole way there on regular time, but speed up to 8x for the return flight.

ground starts are ok you can always time skip

be careful about having everyone including the EA groundstart at once though yur fps will hit the floor for a few minutes .. maybe start the enemy in the air

either ground start with relativly short fly time or air start with longer but never very long time. i hate those campaigns where you have to fly 20 10 minutes 8x time zzzZzZ http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/sleepzzz.gifzZzZzZ

Ground starts, air starts in quick and dirty coops are great,but for campaigns always on the ground.

Yep. That's another thing I was wondering about. I've recently upgraded to a new system and frame rates are no longer a problem for me. But I have some missions in this campaign with A LOT of objects in them. I'm afraid lower end systems will be reduced to a slide show in some of the larger missions. I've been wanting to make a campaign for awhile but my older system just wasn't up to it.

Ground starts for sure.
I'm always disappointed when I try a new mission or Campaign and find that the author has chosen to use air starts. It just kill the emersion for me.

Ground starts seem to be a feature of both campaign and single (stock) missions while air starts are compulsory in the quick mission builder. All the online servers I've seen so far (with one exception) have ground starts.

Air starts are great for those stories from the aces (the ones that go 'I was at 22 000 feet when we spotted the enemy below us to our left, etc.).

And air starts online would be great for those who spend a considerable amount of their time immersed in the quick mission builder and who as a consequence experience a certain amount of difficulty in taking off (causing others in turn to take offence).

Yes. I'm going to share it. Spit 8 campaign. 30 missions. There will be a few flights in a few other Brit planes like the Beaufighter, the Tempest, the Seafire, but most are in the Spit 8 or Spit 8 cw. Been workin' on it hard. 50% done. All missions are made. Second time thru now (at mission 10) and I'm making sure the timing is right for everything and all targets are set. It's a late war campaign so there will be a lot of late war planes. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

O, shooting for the end of this month release. The only thing that slows me down is work. Some nights I'm too tired to tinker with it. But I have a three day week-end coming up so a lot of it will be finished by the week-end.

Goody. I have yet to come across a really good Spitfire campaign. I'm sure they're out there, I just haven't found any yet. Cobra's is in the works (last I heard anyway) and I'm anxiously awaiting that one too.
